The Opinel Keychain No.02 is our smallest folding knife, a distinction it has held since the discontinuation of the No.01 in the 1930s. Despite its diminutive size, this knife is remarkably efficient and designed to accompany you wherever you go. Ideal for minor tasks such as opening letters or cutting paper, this compact tool measures less than 5 centimetres when folded; we recommend reviewing the dimensions prior to purchase. Please note that due to its size, this knife does not include the Virobloc safety ring. The blade is constructed from Sandvik 12C27 modified stainless steel, which is anti-corrosive due to the inclusion of chrome and requires no special maintenance. With a carbon content of at least 0.40%, this steel provides an exceptional cutting edge that is easily sharpened.
